A new Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon has just arrived from Crossbow, and this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is made by the award-winning Shannon Family. A true Garden of Eden, Clay Shannon’s diverse vineyards in Northern California are the perfect setting for making premium wines. Crossbow exemplifies all Sonoma has to offer. A classic Cabernet Sauvignon that has dark plum color and very ripe black cherry and cassis aromas. Very concentrated and balanced in its acidity and tannin levels, the core is plush with bing cherry, blueberry fruit and sappy French oak vanilla flavors. A fantastic find from California!

The Wine Buyer: 93 Points

"This Cabernet has lovely floral aromas from the start that give way to gorgeous dark fruit flavors of black cherry, blackberry, currant and, plum. Impressive structure with nuances of mocha and black licorice which mixes well with the core of fruit flavors, gritty tannins and long, tapered finish." The Wine Buyer, 93 Points
